Enterprise Community Partners, Inc. ("Enterprise") is a national nonprofit organization that provides expertise for affordable housing and sustainable communities. Our subsidiaries offer a variety of services related to the affordable housing and community development industries, including equity and debt financing and development services.  Throughout this policy, Enterprise, its subsidiaries, affiliates and supporting organizations may be referred to as “we”, “us”, and “our”.

We are committed to protecting your privacy to our best ability. In order to provide you with a pleasant website experience, useful information, and other prime online services, we need information about you under certain circumstances. This Privacy Policy applies to the website you are currently viewing (“Site”), and informs you of instances when the Site collects information from you.



Registration is not necessary on this Site unless you choose to opt in to a custom email notification service or as a participant for an online portal or community. If you choose to register, you may be asked to submit (1) your name, (2) organization name (if applicable), (3) address, (4) phone number, (5) email address, (6) type of organization, and (7) other questions about your preferences regarding our online services.

You will occasionally have the opportunity to receive email alerts and notifications about new content on the website and other important news and information. There are opportunities on the website for you to receive recommendations of content. All we need to know for this service is information about the topics for which you would like to receive recommendations.

You may be able to email content you find on our website to a friend or peer. To do this, we need to know your name and email address and the recipient's email address. None of this information is retained by Enterprise after the email has been sent.

For all Enterprise online portals and communities accessible through this site require registration. You may be asked to submit (1) your personal name; (2) your entity’s name; (3) entity type; (4) the entity’s state of organization; and (5) other questions required for your full participation in online portal services.

When you fill out one of our online feedback forms, you need to let us know your name and email address. The more information you supply in conjunction with your feedback, the more useful that feedback is to us.

We will strictly internally use the information that we collect when you register or subscribe to one of our services.
